01 / YOUR ORDER RECORD

Start with your confirmation email.

For a website purchase, open your order confirmation and follow its “View your order” link to your secure order status page. Keep that link private. Once your order has shipped, use the tracking link in your dispatch email or order status page.

If you purchased on Etsy, open Purchases and reviews in the Etsy account used to order, then select the relevant purchase. Use Etsy messages for questions about that order.

02 / BEFORE DISPATCH

Making your ring takes time.

Please allow 2–4 weeks for production. This is the time spent making your ring; delivery time comes afterwards and varies by destination and service.

Before dispatch, we provide high-resolution photos of the finished ring for your approval. For a wedding or other fixed date, discuss your timing before ordering.

03 / IF YOU NEED HELP

We can help with the next step.

• No confirmation email? Check your spam folder and that you are looking at the email address used to order. Then contact us with your order reference, if available.
• Tracking has not updated? Check the carrier’s latest scan using the tracking link. Contact us if you need help understanding the status.
• Address change or cancellation? Contact us as soon as possible. We will check what is possible at the order’s current stage; read the cancellation terms.
• A problem on arrival? Keep the packaging and take clear photos of the piece and parcel, then contact us before arranging a return.
