Shipping, returns & cancellations

Made to order · 2–4 weeks

Each ring is carefully handcrafted especially for you. Please allow 2–4 weeks for production. Shipping time is additional and depends on your destination and delivery service.

Production time is not a delivery estimate. Before ordering for a particular date, ask us to confirm the production schedule, destination, shipping service and delivery cost. Any available delivery estimate does not include the 2–4 week production period.

Your approval before dispatch

Before shipping, we will provide high-resolution photographs of your finished ring for your approval. Every order is carefully packaged and sent with tracking information.

After dispatch, use the tracking information in your shipping confirmation. See order and tracking help if you cannot find it.

Returns within 7 days

Non-custom items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition. Please contact the atelier before returning an item. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

A restocking fee applies: US$100 for gold or platinum and US$30 for silver.

Returns exclude custom or personalized items, engraved pieces, full eternity rings, and sizes below US 3 or above US 10.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase without an additional fee. Cancellations made after 24 hours incur a US$20 processing fee due to production preparation costs. Contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

Worn or damaged returns

Items returned with visible signs of wear, damage or misuse may be subject to a 30% restocking fee. If your piece arrives damaged, contact us before arranging a return.
