Returns & cancellations
Non-custom pieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original, unworn condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Restocking fees: US$100 for gold or platinum; US$30 for silver.
Custom or personalized items, engraved pieces, full eternity rings, and sizes below US 3 or above US 10 are excluded.
Cancellations within 24 hours have no additional fee. After 24 hours, a US$20 processing fee applies. Worn, damaged or misused returns may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
